The New Sportura Collection For Women. Where Elegance Meets Performance.

Seiko first met Darya Klishina when she won gold at the IAAF World Youth Championships in 2007, an event that Seiko supported. She was just 16 years old and it was already clear that she had a bright future ahead of her as a long jumper. Since that early success, she has risen through the senior ranks of her sport and is, today, ranked second in the world. During the last four years of her career, her personal best jumps have consistently improved and she is now among the favorites at every competition she enters. Born in Tver, north of Moscow, she played volleyball and trained as a sprinter before focusing only on the long jump event.


Klishina, now 21, is beginning 2012 on a winning streak, capturing first place in the long jump event at both competitions she has entered this year, the international match in Glasgow and the Russian Winter Championships. She is now focused on the upcoming IAAF World Indoor Championships in Istanbul…

Seiko Announces New Premier Double Retrograde Chronograph

At Baselworld, 2012, Seiko will introduce its full 2012 collection to the world, and it will demonstrate Seiko’s wide range technical expertise in every area of watchmaking, mechanical, quartz, solar, Kinetic and Spring Drive. The Baselworld 2012 Seiko Collection will be remembered for many years to come as one of the most news-worthy and innovative of recent times. One of the many new creations to be unveiled at Baselworld, 2012 is the Premier Double Retrograde Chronograph.


Caliber 7T 85 is perfectly suited to the design ethos of the Premier Collection. It combines state of the art chronograph engineering with a traditional dial configuration, just as every Premier watch is a modern expression of a classic inspiration.

The caliber is new to Premier for 2012 and has found its perfect home. Elapsed time is measured with three hands. The center-mounted second hand measures elapsed time in 1/5 second increments while minutes, up to ten, are counted on the small dial below the 12 o’clock position.

After ten minutes, the indicator on this dial returns to zero and the hand in the dial at 6 o’clock moves automatically to show that ten minutes has been recorded. This cycle continues up to 100 minutes…

Casio Announces New G-Shock Blackout & Whiteout Collections

Casio America, Inc. announces a new monochromatic assortment of G-Shocks that are sure to turn heads. Using a combination of classic styles and some recent case introductions, G-Shock puts a clean, bold look together in a series for their Blackout & Whiteout capsule collection. Consisting of four hero styles; the GDF100BB-1 and the GA120BB-1A featured in solid matte black with high gloss accents and the DW6900WW-7 and GD100WW-7 are available in crisp white with eye-catching mirror dial treatments.


The GDF100BB-1 G-Shock features the front-facing pressure and temperature sensor built into the case/bezel at the 9 o’clock position. The first Grand Seiko standard was set in 1966, since which time it has been raised as new
materials, technologies and mainstream techniques have made possible new advances. Today, the
Special Edition Hi-beat 36,000 goes beyond the standard with levels of accuracy that are among
the highest in the world.


In recognition of its importance in the pantheon of Grand Seiko creations, this specially adjusted
caliber is offered exclusively in 18k gold, with the lion emblem, also in gold, on the oscillating
weight. Seiko’s latest hi-beat movement was introduced in 2009 and was made possible by
advances in every aspect of the caliber. A new Spron material is used for the mainspring to deliver

The Ananta "Kumadori" Chronograph

From its first launch in 2009, the Japanese inspiration of the Ananta design has captured the
